Robert Crouch III, PA-C
Lead Clinical Director
Robert is an army veteran with over 18 years of experience in Emergency medicine and urgent care. He graduated with the military Physician Assistant accredited program and retired with the Army after 20 years. Mr. Crouch is also well versed in orthopedic injuries and joint injections.
Kristen Dortch-Farmer, PA-C
Internal Medicine Specialist
Kristen specializes in Internal Medicine with 16 years of experience. She has a strong, extensive background with geriatrics and is certified in dementia, and wound-care. Kris has a strong patient based dedicated to her as much as she is to caring for each and every one of them.
Lavian Nguyen, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practicioner
Lavian, "Lavi", has a nursing background in both surgical and medical intensive care, as well as kidney and liver transplant. She graduated through an accredited Masters' program through Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN making her a true home-town hero. Lavi specializes in placing intravenous catheters, incision and drainages, as well as nail removals and suturing.
